Here are just a few of the questions I get asked, if you want to know anything else, just get in touch.

How much does it cost?
All prices are on the pricing page and are indicative of an average session/day and are subject to change. Of course, as every occasion is different and your requirements are personal to you, I will prepare an individual quote after we have discussed what you want in terms of time, number of images, travel, picture albums, framed images etc.

What do you get?
As a standard package you will get ALL images on a CD and a fully hosted web gallery, what you want to do with the images from there is up to you. I hand select and process the final images and you will normally expect to receive 150 to 200 images depending how long I am at the wedding for in a mixture of colour and black and white. If you want me to organise extra prints, enlargements, framed pictures, photo albums or anything else, then this will be as an extra but will be included in the quote outlined above.

Who retains the copyright?
Copyright for all images remains with me. However, I do give you the right to make copies and prints as you see fit. Further I reserve the right to use any images taken for promotional purposes including print and internet and for my own use in competitions and for submissions to professional bodies.

Prices are very reasonable, does the quality suffer?
The reason I keep my costs low is because digital imaging allows me to take pictures without the associated film processing costs. Furthermore, my basic package simply includes a CD copy of all images and a web gallery, if you want more than this, then you pay for those separately but we will agree on that beforehand. I have more than 20 years experience of taking pictures so you are in good hands. My motto is "Professional quality at affordable prices".

What area do you cover?
Although I am based in York, North Yorkshire, my photography takes me all over the UK and wider although most of my time is spend around the York and Harrogate area. There are no travelling expenses for covering weddings, portraits and events in and around York, but outside of that there will be a charge to cover my travelling and accommodation expenses if it is necessary for me to stay overnight, for further details see the prices page. All this can be discussed when we talk about the occasion.
